About Us

We were one of the first individuals on social media to developed a Facebook Group and Page dedicated to the working street responder, launching our Facebook group in 2010. We have grown to well over 750,000 members on our platforms. We are a Worldwide EMS Community reaching more than 45 countries with active members.

Personally, I have over 30 years as a street medic in an urban setting and started this group as a platform for all first responders to have a voice, learn and communicate with those who have similar experiences.
